Why? Not hard to do.
Cobra was a little challenging with the introduction of a new mounting plane / bracket for the pulley due to removal of the stock pulley cage, but other than that it is just cranking on wrenches and cussing everytime you bust a knuckle open in the tight quarters in front of the block.

Essentially... with the help of a lift... and flying bodies to break the crank bolt loose.

D9 did offer moral support my snickering at me every once in awhile.

Not as easy as you may think.
Took car in 6th gear, me with both feet on the brake, a 24" breaker bar with a 4 foot jack handle on the end of it to provide more leverage, PLUS
a run at it from the side by the D9-meister. Those are torqued WELL over 300ft-lb

I prefer removing by hand, and there's no room in there for an impact... do you usually remove the radiator/heat exchanger/condensor?
