:) :) :) :) :) :)
Please READ all of the information below

LOCATION: Our parking block begins at the corner of Cooper Street and Lee Avenue

CLICK HERE FOR MAP OF FAIR GROUNDS (http://www.mnfords.com/pdf/2011_car_craft_map.pdf)

Look for the Big Yellow Star on the map. This is where our group will be parked.
The map indicates our locations and various other important parts such as registration, dyno, auto cross, etc.

We have approximately 25 spots saved along one side of the street and 5 on the other side of the street at the corner. If you did NOT let us know in advance that you wanted to park with the group, we CANNOT guarantee a spot for you.

To check if a spot has been saved for you, please review:
http://www.mnfords.com/showthread.php/1933-CAR-CRAFT-2011-gt-PARKING-WITH-MNFE

Our Club "Minnesota Ford Enthusiasts" banner will be also be up and displayed for the weekend.

PLEASE PARK BY THE FOLLOWING TIMES:

Friday - 10:00am
Saturday - 9:00am
Sunday - 10:00am

If you will be arriving after these times, we CANNOT guarantee a spot for you, ESPECIALLY on Saturday. Saturday will be the absolute busiest day of the event (rumored over 6,000 cars pre-registered) and they enforce not holding spots on this day. Arriving by 9:00am will help to secure your spot.

Please contact John with any questions you may have about parking. I will also be available for the early morning phone calls (and I do mean early) if you are lost or need help finding our spot. However, please remember, with all the noise we may not hear the cell phones so please try a couple times if you don't reach us the first time.

Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend!

Big thanks to Jason (NOTNSS), Dan (DNeinstadt) and Kyle (blackstang5.4) for his help over lunch in securing our spots today.

Gates open at 8:00am each day. Getting down there early will get you in line and get you in the gate quicker in our experience.

What time would you suggest getting their? I could be there by 7 or before no problem.

I'd get there as early as you can. 7am and you'll probably be parked somewhere on Como Ave or Snelling and waiting awhile to get in, especially on Saturday.

We like to get in early so we typically were down there 5:00-5:30

how long is the line now?

The line isn't bad, I had my stuff within 5 minutes.

They changed the location this year, since the horse show isn't going on they've moved the registration area to the giant surface lot where the State Fair Midway is. This is also where staging will be on Fri/Sat/Sun, they will have people enter via Como.
