Cobra smoked a throw out bearing

My 2004 Cobra smoked the throw out bearing tonight. Makes a terrible noise and literally smoked it. So when I tear into it, I'll replace the clutch and flywheel as well. Any recommendations of a clutch kit? Also, anyone install a McLeod Hydraulic TOB Conversion kit? Thinking this might be the solution to the stiff clutch.

I have personally used a Fidanza flywheel & clutch and I currently have a Spec Stage 3+ clutch. The Fidanza 4.3 was "on/off" but for my power level that worked fine. The Spec Stage 3+ is a bit easier engagement but chatters a little bit. I have been using the Fidanza flywheel with the removable plate but I know you can also resurface your stock clutch for around $50 and use that.
