I didn't do it. But I think it's polyurea base coat, color chips and a top coat.

Walls are painted, knockdown on ceiling is done. Getting stuff put back up on the walls. It's taking forever to get this garage back together!

Thanks guys (and gal)! I just got sick of looking at all of the "clutter" so I decided it's time for some major organizing.
