Thanks to Lilly and her Mustang Bullitt for stopping by the roadside to say hello! She's a true blue fan of the Mustang and we hope to see her at one of the great summer events!

Thanks for such a great welcome yesterday at Prescott! I was thinking of forming my own club and now I don't have too! I will be joining your club looks like fun and it will be soon that my Eleanor will be on the road and it would be great to take her on a run with you guys! Primarily because I may need a tow! (kidding) I have had a lot of Mustangs over the years. Just came back to Ford after 18 Corvettes (3 SCCA Road Racers) I am currently on the hunt for my 1st horsie last seen 1972 it was one of 13 built, Calypso Coral with a red int. ( wonder why there was only 13?)

Here is a couple Fords that I owned and raced, the Red one is an Alexis Formula Ford I sold it for 1,900 its worth about 30,000 now (what an Idiot!) The White one is a Van Diemann RF84 it was fun but kind of a hair raiser in turn 1 at Brainerd. The shot of the three Mustangs is the late SCCA Champion Harvey West (my Racing Mentor) and the guy to the left is Andy McDermid of Ford, SCCA A Sedan Champion and a friend of mine. Great Story, I had purchased a new 84 Corvette for SCCA SS/GT and figured they might as well just gimme the throphy because there wasn't anything that would catch me but,, it rained,, and the Vette was worthless in the rain and Harvey's Mustang he had then just drove away from me! It was a humbling event and I never underestimated a Mustang on the track with me after that!!
