Speaking of food - this show has the BEST food vendors. Great burgers with grilled onions - yummy. I've never been able to enjoy one hot from beginning to end, though. Everytime I try and eat I get busy - it's a great way to kill a lull (get food). I sure hope the weather is great for this show. I'm really looking forward to it!

Out youngest daughter graduates from High School Saturday night then Karen and I are helping at the all night senior party that ends at 5:30 am. Haven't made my introduction yet, but I've been coming to AV for the last 2yrs... I'll be there with my '04 EAP SVTF... I have to change out the timing belt and water pump the nite before, but I'll be there, as I don't miss AV's shows... I'm from Virginia, MN. so it's going to be a long drive up...

Yes, my SVTF was delivered in White Bear Lake, but we were staying in Rockford with some friends... we decided to go down the block and take some pics of my newest acquisition.

OK - who got what for awards? The day was a total blur. I was there from 7-4 and it felt like 2 hours went by. No food, no water, no toilet - just a nice sunburn. Any photos from the show since I didn't get a chance to walk the field of vehicles?

Not sure how you are even moving today. You by far got the worst of it. I got it on the arms and face and first time I can remember my arms being this pained to actually move them from sunburn. Makes typing interesting.

I attended as well... one of the BEST AV shows ever! I spent a lot of time visiting with friends and whatnot, so I didn't get to pay attention to who won Best in show?? Some very, very beautiful cars!
