Engine Detailed

I finally got around to detailing the engine bay. The polished Whipple is nice, but if I were to have ordered it, I would have gotten the black version. Unless you have other polished bling under the hood, there really is no need to have that polished whine box.

I also got the car on a lift and did an extreme clean/detail of the entire underside. I did not get photos of that , but I will tell you that a 6 year old California car has a PRISTINE bottom side - except for some road grime here and there. The typical S197 Axle and driveshaft surface rust is unavoidable in any climate. I still can't figure out why Ford decided to keep these parts bare steel.

Love the car...but the wheels just kill it for me there so bland. Looks good otherwise

Here you go Nick. The Ford 5 spokes are what Shelby went with when building/designing the car, so that is what will remain. Wheel/tire fads come and go, so I decided that stock would be appropriate and once you see the car in person you may agree? I just couldn't fall in love with the 20" black wheels, and I was very happy to get a great price on them when I went to sell.
