I'm looking to organize a Fall event. I've got some dates in mind and looking for some input on what dates/days work best. Vote and let me know if you'd rather do a Saturday or Sunday cruise and which date is the most popular. Thanks!

Just a heads up October 3-5 is Cruise-for-a-Cause in the Dells.
This is a big shindig now, basically a "mini-Sturgis".
And costs that exceed the costs for Sturgis (actually pretty ridiculous IMO).

I should be able to make that! I hope my car is back together by then.

Edit: Damn. I knew almost as soon as I posted this I had committed to something else, and I have. Sorry. :Flush:

Thinking early afternoon (2-3pm) and dinner to follow, ending at 6pm or 7 at the latest, depending on how late people want to stay.

OK, the cruise will begin in the afternoon (details to come) in Roseville at Norm's Tire:

Norm's Tire
2767 Long Lake Rd.
Roseville, MN 55113

We will cruise for a couple hours and eat dinner, then cruise a bit more before everyone can break off to head home or out for the evening, whichever you prefer. :)
Based on weather predictions (I know, I know), I predict it will be a good time!

Daughter is in a Cheer competition that day, so pending the time, I might be able to come out. Rod will be out of town so maybe I'll try and catch a ride with someone if the cheer competition doesn't interfere. :)

I was really hoping this would be a "colors" run, but it looks as though we might be a bit too late. Some of the colors are changing already! I really enjoy Fall season, and I'm hoping to get out and cruise just a little bit into October. Hopefully some of you would consider joining. :)

Dave and Pam wont be able to attend as we are having a fall bonfire/party. Any MN FORD members that want to stop by on the cruise are welcome ! We live in the Forest Lake area if you are going north. A head count would be appreciated so there is enough FOOD !!!! Let me know . Thanks Dave

I'm in (as always dependent on the weather). Sounds like this coming weekend would've been better since alot of peeps are busy on the 11th and weather will be good. Hope we don't miss all the leaves. : ) Arla&Rick

Droptop, Hard on Rubber, and D9? That's it?

How do you guys feel about Sunday instead? Does that work equally as well or no?

Dan what is your idea?? You might get more involvement if folks know what is planned and where the route is going..

I'm late on the details and I'm really sorry about that. Life has been a bit hectic and that's completely my fault.

Here's what I had planned:

Start at Norm's Tire in Roseville at 3pm.
Head East to Hudson and head north on 35 to St. Croix Falls.
Shoot over to Taylor's Falls and head south on 95 along the river all the way to Stillwater where we can eat dinner, relax, people watch, etc.

It's about 2 hours of actual driving and I figured we could stop & stretch our legs in St. Croix Falls for a little bit. That should put us in Stillwater around 5:30 or 6pm.

The Neinstadts are going on this cruise NO MATTER WHAT, rain, shine, or snow. We will be at Norm's at 3:00.

Who's joining us?
