Does anyone have one they would not mind lending out or selling?

What exactly are you looking for Sean?

Basically it is just a little bracket that holds the shifter at center neutral so that the shifter cables can be adjusted properly.

You don't need it. Basically you press the orange clip in on each cable (old style cables (98's) are the only ones that can be adjusted) and then wiggle the shifter around a bit until it's in the neutral position. Press the release on each cable so the orange clips snap back out and lock the cables in place. Try moving through the gears. If you can get to all of them then you are good. If you are having issues with one direction or the other re-adjust that particular cable.
