POLL: Possible 1/4 mile racing Track days at Rock Falls, WI

We are considering going to Rock Falls WI for a track day on one or more of the two folowing dates:

Saturday, August 28th
and
Saturday October 2nd

These are both $69 test days. Who's in?! Grudge matches maybe?

If you haven't ever gone, I would be happy to help instruct you on how to safely drag race your car!

August 28th is just before Sturgis, I'm not interested in breaking anything just before that big event.
October 2nd sounds familiar too... is that the Dells weekend ???

Guess I'll have to make due with some 1/8 miles runs in Sturgis this year.

As it turns out, although I originally voted for the 2nd, that's my very last Twins game of the regular season. Can't miss that. I DO want to try drag racing sometime, it's just going to be hard fitting it in the schedule.

for me, the date just depends on cash on hand. any date works for me, really. just need to take the day off work prior.
