Well we had a splendid time!!! there were eight cars and we left a wet Northfield at 10:15 and had a great drive winding through the countryside over hills and curves and valleys. As we went the skies gave us a break and it dried out. We came into the backside of Red Wing where we had to make a pit stop. Continued on to Lake City then on to Wabasha where we had a nice lunch at Slippery's next to a high Mississippi. Then it was on to 60 West where we had a detour north at Millville onto a great stretch ...

  2. Some days ya just wanna fall on your sabre!!

The other day I was looking on the net at 1970 Mustangs and I found another Mach that was Calypso Coral with the red or vermillion as it was called interior and the price was $78,000 or there abouts. I sure would have thought that both those Boss's would have been the choice and that may be from the fact that I worship the 69 and 70 Body style and is and will forever be my favorite Mustang. But I do really appreciate all the positive comments from all of you, that is the greatest reward we can recieve! Including the comment from one older gentleman that told me I had to be insane to start from were we did and I told him the Eleanor ...

  5. Eleanor on the road!!

This last Tuesday I drove her really any distance for the 1st time! I took it down to Faribault (don't drink the water there, There is something in it!) and had the alignment done. It is even with all its new trick double throw down suspension and electronic ignition and super duper high speed tires and zoomie 5 spd and virtually all new body,, it is still an old Mustang,, its loud (kinda cool for about 20 minutes) it will under some circumstances, like at stop lights, asphyxiate you! And we have ...
