Hi I just joined the ford club today. I have always loved Mustangs and I owned an 82 Ford Fox Body that had T-tops. I really miss the old girl. She had the 5.0 v-8 HO engine under the hood. It was my sleeper call that everyone under the sun thought they could beat. It was a total shock to them when my ponies got up and left them behind. I had no one that could keep up with the car to tell me what my speed was maxed at. Now I have a 91 Mercury Cougar XR-7 5.0 V-8 HO that needs a new transmission in. I don't have the money to repair her. So I don't know what the rules are about posting something for sale is in the group. But I am going to try any way. The engine has 68,991 original miles on it and has never had any issues. My fiancee's cousin drove the car before and ran not 1 but to transmissions into the ground. If anyone is interested or knows anyone that is interested in the engine or I am hoping the whole car please let me know. We have to move and no way to transport the car from our current home to the new place. If interested please let me know.
