Who can I talk to and get a straight answer?

My '05 F150 5.4 has 50K miles. I would like to do a tune up to include new plugs. I've heard all kinds of stories and all kinds of prices for this ranging from $200-$1200+ for this job. What can AVF Ford do for me on this?

    Thanks,
    Troy

and price usualy depends on how many plugs break, we usualy charge 30 mins per plug that breaks so you can see how it adds up, what else are you wanting in your tune up besides plugs?

Should plugs break at only 50K miles? As far as what else I need? I noticed the last couple days that it is becomming hard to start the truck taking more cranking time than usual. Still has original battery, but it was tested 6 weeks ago at the Ford dealership during an oil change and was fine (so they indicated on the sheet - who know if they tested it...) I guess the truck just needs to be gone through and inspected for usual wear/tear at this interval. I haven't done a thing to it except change oil and rotate tires. I purchased it used at 40K miles and it was super clean. I have no idea what maintenance was ever done on it if any.
