Anyone going to the Corvette clubs autocross at Dakota County Tech on Sunday Sept 14th?
Not a lot of people registered yet.

This is my first time at this event, anything I need to know before hand?
Anything they do differently than Amery?
    Amery is pretty laid back.

    Much more strictly run.
    There IS a tech inspection.
You MUST work corners / straights when you are not running (designated zones).
There is a break between run groups for change of personnel on the course.
Course is longer and more technical.
It is NOT all first gear.

    Broken down into run classes.
Numbers on car must include the proper run-class designators as well.

Think I hit all the hi-lites.

Oh yeah... I think there is a helmet spec too you must meet... prolly 2005 or 2008 SNELL.
The other guys can tell you, I haven't gone in a couple years.

What are they looking for in the tech inspection?
Any weird? I'm assuming if I have a good pedal, good tires, torqued lug nuts & battery strapped in we should be good to go.
